We created a simple but sophisticated leader for Childhood Dreams, based on originally shot footage. The air ring was shot as it is, no VFX is involved here. The air bumbles are refering to a key moment in the series. Also the ring that falls apart symbolizes the family that falls apart.

Every eposide opens with a animated year, referring to next time period. To accentuate the new time period, we let the years slide by. The years adding up like a volume meter count. They come to a stop in the middle.

This series tells the story of four kids from a Dutch rural family who are each fighting for their individual freedom, against the backdrop of the impetuous developments in the past fifty years. They, in turn, shall be confronted with the next generation that creates its own ideals and will fight its own battles.
