private screenings

Our facility offers a 18-seats and is a DCI compliant screening room for DCP viewings. The cinema is available for private hire. Above the back row, a desk with reading lights, data-, power- and video connectors can be used during your session. Click here for more technical specifications.

Planet X Cinema

After a screening, our meeting room is available to evaluate with up to 11 seats. When you make a booking, please let us know if you would like to make use of this option.

We offer the possibility to display a poster of your production on a 32" (portrait) signage screen next to the theatre's entrance.

Pricing

Monday to Friday within office hours (9 am - 6 pm):
€495,- ex. per viewing (use of the cinema and meeting room for a max. of 3 hours).
Every additional hour: €165,- ex.

Outside office hours on weekdays, weekends, and holidays:
€720,- ex. per viewing (use of the cinema and meeting room for a max. of 3 hours).

Every additional hour: €240,- ex.

All rates and conditions may be subject to change.
To ensure smooth logistics, it is advisable to deliver and/or test your content well ahead of your screening.
