After her grandfather has had a car accident, the young Isabel takes over his quest for the centuries old legendary sword of muskateer D'Artagan. Together with a friend and a cousin she will have to decipher a secret code to find the sword. Their journey results in a thrilling adventure through castles and caves.

By implementing several matte paintings Planet X FX succeeded in establishing an imagery link between the present Maastricht and the Maastricht in the time of musketeer D'Artagnan, illustrated clearly by the siege scenes.

Furthermore, Planet X FX digitally created or extended various decor pieces through digital set extensions for additional production value. Good examples are the caves (a prominent location in the film), and in particular the exciting scene in which the children have to climb over an old elevator shaft.
